CHAIRMAN and CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Mr. Charles "Chuck"
Seven Charles C. Seven is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TransWorld Benefits Inc. (“TWBI"). He has served in the same capacity with companies Skyway Home and TransWorld Benefits, Inc. since 1996. The predecessor company, Sevcor International, was founded by Chuck Seven in 1995. Those companies are the only known companies that were founded to specialize in the private aircraft return of remains and medical evacuation.
In the early 1990’s Seven was a pioneer in research and development in Vietnam. His company served as the predecessor to many current operations and developments in Vietnam today. Chuck has always felt that the answer to communism and oppression is business and commerce.
Chuck Seven began his business career after his senior year a the University of Oregon, where he majored in Business Administration. Chuck had two successful years with Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company in Philadelphia and was a President’s Club member for having reached $1,000,000 or more in first year sales. This led to another great marketing opportunity, where he led the nation in per capital sales for Johnson Wax representing 300 Companies in the janitorial, paper and chemical supply business.
After leading Applied Digital Data Systems in sales with the number 2, 3, 4 and 5 most significant sales, by dollar volume, in the eight year history of the company, as of 1976, to General Telephone, Northrop Corporation, ICE Communications and Xerox, Mr. Seven formed Insurance Systems, Inc. (“ISI”), now known as Computer Assisted Insurance Ratings ("CAIR"), the most advanced online car insurance rating and underwriting system ever conceived.
In 1979, Chuck entered the commercial real estate field as a broker for Ashwill Burke in Orange County and later founded Seven Brokerage and Seven Financial Services specializing in the areas of Irvine, Newport, Santa Ana and Costa Mesa with emphasis on sales, leasing and finance of commercial real estate. This real estate venture led to research on the airport properties at John Wayne Airport and the purchase of one of Orange County’s historic businesses, Tallmantz Aviation. Tallmantz had been the premier aerial film making company in the world with stunt pilots, Paul Mantz and Frank Tallman, heading the Company along with their fleet of vintage aircraft and the aircraft museum. A new direction was taken after the passing of Tallman, Mantz and the sale of the museum pieces. Under Mr. Seven’s direction and through acquisitions Tallmantz was the largest Hughes helicopter parts supplier in the country, the Learjet service center for the Western United States and the service center for most of the police helicopter units operating in Southern California. It was at that time that Mr. Seven became interested in the air charter business which led to his medivac and repatriation business.
Chuck has been active over the years in Chambers of Commerce, fundraising for Boy’s and Girl’s Clubs, the Rotary Club and the Republican party. He was the Young Republican National Committee Men from Oregon and served on its Board in Washington D.C.
